Starting college is a big change for any student – whether you are coming straight from high school, transitioning from a job or another postsecondary institution or joining us as an international student. It is great to be prepared, and we know that many of you are. But even someone who is well-organized can encounter unanticipated challenges: financially, academically and personally. Life happens! NSCC is here to help. You may be hesitant to reach out but identifying a concern early minimizes the risk of issues escalating and helps you manage the situation so you can put your focus where it needs to be.
