Appendix 4: Contracts and Agreements
Below are simple templates that can be used as stand-alone contracts or agreements, or as schedules added to larger contracts. Three versions are provided for the different individuals who might assist with an open textbook. In addition, a consent and release form is listed for interview subjects, as well as, an agreement for students who wish to publish their course work with a Creative Commons licence. This latter form is an adaptation of an agreement created by Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
