Why an Open Resource on Reflective Practice?

Reflective practice is a term strongly associated with lifelong learning in professional contexts such as teaching, and early childhood education and can be thought of in several ways. Defining reflective practice can be a challenge. This resource will provide a context that will allow the reader to consider their obligation to reflect from their own perspective and will explore how to create a practice that best suits their professional setting.
