Safety

Fails to follow safety rules on a regular basis. Follows lab safety procedures as required when reminded by instructor or others in the class. Routinely follows safety procedures and requirements. Always follows safety procedures.

Respect for the Workplace and Attendance

Communication Skills

Fails to listen to lab instruction and direction from the Lab Instructor. Listens to instructions and follows to the minimum requirement. Listens to instructions from the Instructor and asks questions to ensure that directions are clearly understood. Listens well.
Exhibits disruptive behavior during the lab. Shows consideration for others and is cooperative. Is considerate and interacts well with all peers and instructors in the lab.
