This module’s self care focuses on resilience.  Please review the Self-Care Resilience Guide[1] by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, which will take you through a number of reflective activities.  These activities are not meant to diagnose, simply to explore and develop a self-care plan to improve your mental health.
