- A 24-hour, 7-day a week, free and confidential helpline for post-secondary students in Nova Scotia. The service provides professional counselling, information and referrals for mental health, addictions and well-being.

TAO Self-Help
- Provides online tools to help with stress, anxiety, relationship problems, anger management, problem solving, communications and evaluating your alcohol and drug use.
