Healthy Minds Nova Scotia offers a suite of online mental health resources for Nova Scotia’s postsecondary students including:

Good2Talk student support line

  • A 24-hour, 7-day a week, free and confidential helpline for post-secondary students in Nova Scotia. The service provides professional counselling, information and referrals for mental health, addictions and well-being.

TAO Self-Help

  • Provides online tools to help with stress, anxiety, relationship problems, anger management, problem solving, communications and evaluating your alcohol and drug use.

Togetherall

  • A safe and anonymous, online peer community for your mental health, freely available 24/7 to all youth and young adults aged 16+, and post-secondary students in Nova Scotia.

First Nations and Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line

  • A 24-hour culturally relevant telephone crisis intervention counselling, 1 (855) 242-3310
